Chapter 121, Vol. 2 (Part 1) - Change of Plans!

“Finally full at last, sigh~” Niluka patted her belly without caring about her image, not looking like something a lady would do. As for Long Tu, although she only ate a little, she did not keep all of the food for herself due to the constraints of ingredients and the large number of people around. 

“However, we’re probably the only team out here who is relaxed enough to be grilling fish and taking baths by the riverside.” Long Tu smiled as she shook her head. The others felt strange about this. Yes, indeed, to be like this under such intense circumstances…

“Weren’t you the one who came up with this idea?!” Lunaria was the first to speak the truth. She looked at Long Tu and thought to herself, You made it sound like everyone had lost their minds, but if you think carefully, you were the one who came up with all the ideas, be it the barbecue, river baths or grilling fish. We were just following your lead…Although our curiosity played a part, you’re still the main culprit here no matter what.

Long Tu who was busted had no sense of guilt, and picked her ear for a bit as she said, 

“Come on, it’s nothing more than having a picnic, or a cooling bath. All of you had fun eating and playing around anyway, there’s really no need to point fingers at anyone here.” 

Long Tu was now contradicting everything she said earlier, but nobody refuted since they were all in for the plans as well. 

“Alright, let’s get moving then.” Long Tu stood up, the others following too. However, Yexi looked up suddenly. Everyone’s hearts trembled for a bit as they witnessed a flashing-speed movement, and they quickly looked towards the direction where it was coming from. 

However, the deep blue sky had nothing other than clouds and sun, which puzzled the others. Long Tu was the only one who squinted her eyes abruptly.

Her eyes changed all of a sudden, it was a pair of Dragon Eyes!

Lunaria, who was beside her, witnessed the change in Long Tu—those were the eyes of a dragon indeed. Just like she had seen on Frank when she fought him as Tyre back then, and as Frank once said, people from the Holy Dragon ruled Heavenly Empire had the gifted ability to transform into Dragonics. Lunaria couldn’t help but wonder as her line of thoughts stopped here. The Holy Dragon ruled Heavenly Empire is truly a magical kingdom.

Both of Long Tu’s eyes were squinted not long before she promptly said,

“Somebody is high up in the sky…I see…it’s a Dragonic.” 

Dragonics!!

These words surprised the others. Dragonics represent the people of the Holy Dragon ruled Heavenly Empire. The first person who came across their minds was the extraordinary one from Class 6, Waltz! The top-8 of Holy Dragon ruled Heavenly Empire’s Junior Group! 

Yexi had a serious look on her face as well, mumbling, 

“This guy, he’s about to make some moves now.” 

What moves?! 

He is so far away to the extent that he can’t even be distinguished with bare eyes. What moves can he possibly have?!

A huge piece of land from afar turned into a riot of colors. This startled Lunaria, who was slightly interested in elemental powers.

The elemental powers were dashing in the sky madly as if everything was about to fall apart. The powers converged and started dashing towards the Dragonic who was a few miles away!

“Light, Darkness, Sky, Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Lightning, 8 of the main elements are converging in the sky, and moving towards…” 

Long Tu started sweating as she took over Lunaria’s speech,

“Waltz is coincidentally in the sky right now. This guy has gotten better after not seeing him for a few years!” 

“Waltz…” Darmiala thought for a while before she realized, 

“The top-8 of Holy Dragon ruled Heavenly Empire’s Junior Group possesses the ability to defeat the common Heavenly Child. Of course, this is the empire’s saying. If we, the ones who cannot transform into Dragonics, landed in Gabriel Continent, I’m afraid we are no match for him, including the common Heavenly Child as well. Yet, he is just a pinnacle Army Breaker who hasn’t achieved Heavenly Child yet.” 

“I’ve heard about it too. Since there’s only a few Dragonics who attend school in the Avalon Institute, despite the fact that more of them appear to be more humane, geniuses like Waltz are rare.” 

Even Niluka knew a thing or two about Waltz, so the others had definitely heard about him beforehand. DiZi sighed softly and shook his head,

“My Elemental Emperor Sword isn’t strong enough yet, or else it would definitely be powerful enough to take him down.” 

This speech amazed the others, and they secretly thought to themselves, DiZi is being unreasonable. Does he have any idea of the number of miles within such distance?! If the Elemental Emperor Sword was to strike once, the battlefield would be wiped out in no time.

Tyre and the others from Team and B were definitely not lacking talent either, as one of them who had superior eyesight suddenly shouted, 

“There’s a…Dragonic in the sky?!” 

After hearing the word ‘Dragonic’, the majority didn’t understand at first, and the minority immediately explained, 

“Dragonics! The Holy Dragon ruled Heavenly Empire! To own such an ability to fly that high, it must be the genius named Waltz!” 

Claude, who was away from the crowd, frowned. Although he had a clear view of Waltz who was sky-high, he couldn’t get a grasp of his intentions. 

On the very next moment, the elemental powers swarmed towards Walt at lightspeed. Everyone was utterly shocked, and someone who seemed to have extraordinary senses voiced out, 

“There’s a lot of people far away!! The opposing class is gathering the elemental powers for an ultimate enchantment. This…this! It’s estimated to cover an area over 10 kilometers!” 

10 kilometers!! Even Claude couldn’t help but raise his eyebrows in surprise. Constantine who was standing beside him had a bad sort of premonition. 

“This…Claude, things seem to be looking bleak for Waltz.” 

“It’s more than bleak…” Bayun Xiaoqi was slightly trembling all over, and the Dark element surrounding him seemed to have weakened by a little as well. 

“I think something big is going down later.” 

“By that, you mean…” 

Tyre raised his chin and looked into the distance, frowning with a face full of worries. Yet nothing was seen. If he hadn’t heard the explanation from Long Tu, Yexi, and the others, he never would have understood. 

However, just like old times, this time, Tyre was having a premonition again. This person whom he never met, Waltz, seemed like he was about to make a jaw-dropping stunt! 

The Nitans who were deep in the woods sensed the elemental powers shaking, and all of them came out from their huts, blatantly staring at the sky. The colorfully vibrant elemental powers were stretching towards the sky like a huge tree, and finally gathered into a dazzling light, spreading out dreadful elemental ripples one after the other, channeling in all directions with a buzzing sound! 

King Nitan’s face grew grave as he listened to Kabu’s anecdote in the Crystal Palace. Leann, who was beside them, was strangely serious as well. Outsiders, an existence high in toxicity to them. In history, every outlander invasion was an unprecedented massive disaster. They were afraid this would be more terrifying than all the previous encounters, just like the anxiety felt before the mountain rain pours—everyone felt the weight on their shoulders. It was suffocating! 

They only wished to be blessed by the Great Nita for them to expel the invaders once again.
