I need to get used to fighting using the 3D map, but if I just want to raise the skill, the town is still the best.

Increases healing effect. Increases resistance to instant death.
The blessing has been strengthened considerably, from just cost reduction. I don’t know the value, but it seems to be an enhancement of the ability corresponding to each face.
