Chapter 20 Mechanical Force – Insight
Leo suddenly noticed he could see the chip within Bucky’s brain and he was flabbergasted! He immediately jolted up and snapped out of his thoughts.
At this moment, only he realized rows of translucent system notifications appeared in front of him unknowingly.

Leo looked at the system notifications in front of him as his eyes gradually widened. He originally thought he transmigrated over was an unexplainable accident.
But now, Leo looked at the odd system notifications, especially the term “soul frequency”, “this world”, and “transmigrated period”.
Leo could feel it, all of this have a smell of conspiracy!
He carefully thought over his previous life and the current one, but he could not discover any abnormalities.
“As long as I become stronger, one day I can solve everything!”, Leo secretly made the decision in his heart. Since he could not make sense of it, he decided not to mull it over. Now, becoming stronger was the cold hard truth.
Leo stared at Bucky’s head and tried using “Mechanical Force – Insight”.
The next moment, the Bucky in front of him became translucent. The thumb-sized chip appeared in front of his eyes again.
The chip under the special Mechanical Force vision was shining and attracting Leo’s attention. He thought of this and remembered the note in “Mechanical Force – Insight”. It said this skill could be used together with “Mechanical Force Analysis”.
Thus, Leo looked at the shining chip and used his skill.

The Mechanical Force within Leo started decreasing at a considerable speed. After a moment it was almost emptied.
Fortunately, as the Mechanical Force emptied, the completion rate reached 100%!

A knowledge appeared within Leo’s brain out of the blue and it was the production method of the “Mind Controlling Chip”. It also included the chip’s control terminal and usage instructions.
Now, Leo had mastered the principle of the control chip in the Winter Soldier’s brain. This meant that it would be much easier for Leo if he wanted to block the chip inside Winter Soldier’s brain.
After taking this discovery seriously in his heart, Leo arranged his thoughts from beginning to end, and finally, he felt that he did not need to interfere in anything about tomorrow’s actions.
The priority right now was to find a suitable time for him to leave the base with Bucky safely. After Leo could completely solve the chip problem in Bucky’s brain, leaving the base would be a piece of cake.
However, Leo was still thinking about Dr. Zola’s robotic body. Besides, his Lightweight Power Arm Type VI had not been fully manufactured yet. Thus, he still needed to wait for some time.
Nevertheless, the day for him to leave H.Y.D.R.A. was gradually arriving. Leo estimated it would be these few upcoming days!
After finishing the plan, Leo checked the Winter Soldier’s mechanical arm again and reattached it back to him. Then, he chased the Winter Soldier out of the laboratory and returned to his experiment table to begin working.

Howard Stark was driving a Ford car, speeding along the empty road in the middle of the night. On the passenger seat was his wife, Maria Stark.
Howard was focusing on driving the car while Maria was vigilantly watching the car’s surroundings.
On the surface, they went to the beach for a vacation. However, both of them knew their real purpose.
“Howard, I think we should stop working for S.H.I.E.L.D. . The internal strife within the S.H.I.E.L.D. was getting more complicated, it’s time for you to leave. Many forces were monitoring S.H.I.E.L.D. especially since you started recreating the Super Soldier formula. I have a bad feeling about this.”
Maria looked at her husband and remembered their child. She gently said, “Howard, we have our own child and business now. Moreover, your strength is limited. After helping S.H.I.E.L.D. this one last time, how about we stop caring about it?”
“It’s fine, Maria, I can still handle this. I’m one of the founders of S.H.I.E.L.D. and S.H.I.E.L.D. is still growing. I feel like I should contribute a little bit more.”
“I think you have done enough. These past few years, you have been going on business trips for S.H.I.E.L.D., and sometimes you stayed outside for too long. Remember the year you led a team and went to the Arctic Ocean to search for Captain America? That time, you went for three years! During that period, sometimes I could not contact you for months. It made me very worried about you!”
She continued, “After we have Tony, you are still working. I know you deeply love Tony but you didn’t have any time to spend with him. It made your two relationships bad. It’s not that I don’t support your dream and business, but I just hope you could spend more time with our family.”
Howard stayed silent after listening to her wife’s words. He gently smiled at her and said, “Alright, Maria, I will listen to you. I will spend more time with our family. Dear, I promise.”
Maria sweetly smiled back at her husband, feeling bliss in her heart.

At the same time, New York, S.H.I.E.L.D. secret research base.
“Sir, every instrument has been adjusted completely. The agents who have been screened out and voluntarily accepted the serum modification have also been fully prepared. Now, we are waiting for Howard Stark’s recreated Super Soldier serum.”
The base’s director of research, Dr. Synate was reporting to a black man who had his hand behind his back about the experiment preparations.
Dr. Synate was a mad scientist, thus he excitedly said, “Today is a thrilling day, Mr. Stark actually recreated the Super Soldier serum. Legendary beings like Captain America may be able to see the light of the day again today! Being able to work with Mr. Stark and witness this ground-breaking history. It is my honor.”
The black man turned around and revealed a stern face. This black man actually was the future Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury.
It seemed S.H.I.E.L.D. attached great importance to the Super Soldier serum Howard Stark recreated, they even sent Agent Fury to personally supervise the experiment.
Listening to Synate talking about Howard, the stern Fury revealed a soft smile and said, “Mr. Stark is a trustworthy and respected man and he never let anyone down before. Today is an important day, and I am honored to witness this history with both of you.”
Both of them casually chatted for a bit and Dr. Synate left for his laboratory.
As the director of research, Synate had to supervise everything. Since now was a critical moment, he could let down his guard.
Agent Fury looked at his watch.
9:32 p.m.
Fury estimated Howard had just left New York City and was coming right over here. It would take another two hours for him to arrive and Fury could only wish him luck.
Afterward, Agent Fury put his hand on his back again and silently waited for Stark’s arrival.
