Jiang Qi froze for a moment before she shook her head, “N-No. Earlier on, I was a bit cold to her, so it’s only normal that she was unhappy about it.”
Yu Gangan patted her on the shoulder, “Don’t mind her. She’s not important.”
Jiang Qi pursed her lips and nodded her head.
“OK, hurry and have a shower. Let’s go to the hot spring together.”

Jiang Qi nodded again. But, after Yu Gangan left, she couldn’t help but cry again. After a bit of crying, she grabbed her towel and entered the bathroom.


The design of the hot spring behind the courtyard was very clever. It was hidden in the plum blossom forest and there were various steamy hot spring pools. The heat spread in the air maintaining the warmth of the back garden between 10-20 degrees celsius.
As soon as they stepped into the back garden, the plum blossoms looked elegant and the fragrance was enchanting.

Steam rose from the milky white hot spring water.
After testing the water temperature, Yu Gangan and Jiang Qi helped each other into the pool.

The three hot springs in the plum blossom forest were separated by a certain distance.
No too far away, in the normal hot spring, Lu Xuechen and He Shigui were soaking amongst the mist.
On the edge of the hot spring, there was a bottle of red wine and pastries. He Shigui closed his eyes to enjoy the comfortable experience while Lu Xuechen lay there with a glass of red wine in one hand and his phone in the other, chatting to Lin Jiayu.
Both looked very comfortable.
“If you’re not soaking in the hot spring, then go back, don’t hurt my son.”
Lin Jiayu’s phone was a little loud, so Yu Gangan overheard these words and laughed, “The two of you seem to be progressing well. He’s already acknowledged your son as his.”
“I don’t know what’s wrong with him. Do you think he has an ulterior motive?” Lin Jiayu said dejectedly.
Yu Gangan shook her head, “I’m not sure. I can’t even begin to guess. But, I can ask Fang Zhihan to take a guess.”

“Lin Jiayu, come here,” Lu Xuechen’s voice resounded over the phone again.
Lin Jiayu wanted to ignore him, so she immediately hung up.
Yu Gangan smiled, “You should go check on him. Maybe it’s something urgent.”
Lin Jiayu hesitated for a moment before she stood up, put on her shoes and walked over to the hot spring where Lu Xuechen was, “What’s the matter?”
Through the swirling steam, the delicate and beautiful woman made one fantasize.
